Ordering
Q- I don't have a credit card or paypal account- can i still order?
A- Of course you can. Just send us an email to blackmountainmusic@gmail.com with a detailed list of everything you want and we'll get back to you with a total. We accept well concealed cash, cheques, money orders and gold bullion.
Q- Why do I have to buy each item individualy. Can't I make one big order?
A- This is a problem we're working on, but unfortunately Paypal doesn't allow us to do that and the cost to build a 'basket' option is a wee bit too hight right now. We're working on it, but you'll have to bear with us at this point.
Q- Why do I have to pay $2 shipping for each item?
A- As we don't have a 'basket' option, we have to do this at this point. However, if we notice you ordered multiple items and paid too much shipping, we'll refund the difference to your paypal account
Q- I ordered some records awhile ago and they haven't shown up- what's the deal?
A- We try and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we're a small company with full time jobs and sometimes we get a little swamped. If you're worried, send a friendly email to check up and we'll be sure to get back to you.
Q- What I order something that's not in stock?
A- We'll let you know as soon as possible and ask if you want to wait, get your money back or something else.
Q- My order came damaged. Can i get my money back?
A- Of course. Let us know and we'll send some new stuff or refund your money.
Labels and Bands
Q- I run a label and would like to sell my stuff on your site- how do i do this?
A- Simple; just ask us. Or send us some copies of your releases. We like that.
Q- What terms do you offer ?
A- We buy our product directly from the labels up front.
Stores
Q- I'd like to buy some stuff for my store; do you offer retail discounts?
A- If you run a store and would like to order stuff from us to sell, contact us and we'll set up an account and payment details. As we operate on a very slight margin, we can't offer much of a discount, but for bulk orders we can offer wholesale cost.
